About NFL Flag

Step onto the field and join the excitement of our NFL Flag Football league, designed for boys and girls aged 3-12 years old. Here, every player gets a chance to shine as we embrace an "everyone plays every position" philosophy. With practices and games on the same day, it's a seamless experience for all.

  • Varsity (9-12 years old):

    • Practice: 12:00pm - 12:30pm

    • Games: 12:30pm - 1:15pm
